Add a luxury car to your stay
English Lakes Hotels have teamed up with the Group 20 Super Car Club to bring you the option of adding a luxury sports car for your luxury stay.
This package is available at any of our five hotels and the car’s range from Bentley Continental GTC to Range Rover Sport Supercharged. Prices vary for busy periods and start form £175 per person per night in a luxury room bed and breakfast and use of the car for the two days. Cars can be collected on your journey to the hotel or delivery can be arranged to the hotel or to a home address at a charge.

Car clubs and Car launches
Whether it is a car club meeting or a prestigious car launch, choosing the right venue for any special event is a prerequisite for its success. Renowned world wide for magnificent scenery and warmth of hospitality, the Lake District is England’s best-known National Park. English Lakes Hotels, based at Low Wood on the shores of Lake Windermere have even more to offer than most. Not only does the family group boast five very distinctive hotels, but also a range of facilities that rival anything in the UK.
Each of our hotels possess their own unique character; three of these are situated on the shores of Lake Windermere. The hotels’ grounds and car parks are well suited for showcasing events, with the benefit of a variety of conference facilities ideal for banquets and private dining.
Car Clubs
All of our hotels have free private parking and some extensive facilities, which can cater for all the requirements of any size meeting or event. Our venues with lake shore outlooks or rolling countryside are certainly special destinations that can offer an excellent base for members of car clubs to get together. Car launches
Our hotels have been privileged over the years to welcome a host of car launches. We can cater for any type or size of event from the new supercar to the new people carrier. To make your special customers or invitees attending a car launch feel the VIP that they are to you and your company, we can arrange anything from marquees, champagne or private boat trips to luxury accommodation.
Bentley Continental GT Convertible
On the weekend of the 20th and 21st May 2006 Storrs Hall had the pleasure in welcoming Ribble Valley Bentley to the hotel to launch their new GT Convertible. The event was held in a marquee on the grounds and the car park was full of millions of pounds worth of cars. As the champagne flowed the anticipation mounted as the car cover was pulled back the smiles grew. Ribble Valley ensured us that the event was a great success and would highly recommend us to any one looking to hold an event like this.
Audi R8
On 2nd June Storrs Hall was privileged to host the unveiling of the new R8 Supercar by Hadwins Audi of Lindale. The weather made the day with the sun conveniently gleaming down on the car whilst extra sparkle was provided in the Champagne reception served on the front lawns leading down to the lake. A superb five-course lunch was served in the hotels award winning Terrace Restaurant for all those who attended.
