  • 80s & 90s Back To School Disco Nights

    Resident DJ Aldini will play the classic number one hits we all remember from school, ranging from Prince, Madonna and Frankie goes to Hollywood moving into the Dance and R&B of the 90s with Aretha Franklin, KLF, Tasmin Archer, UB40 and many more, (Fancy dress optional!).

    New to our 2010 tribute nights is "JK as Robbie", a sell out artist at every venue he performs at. JK is one of Europe’s best Robbie tribute acts and is here for one night only to "Entertain You"! Book early if you want "No Regrets".

  • The Commandments – Saturday 11th December, £35.00pp

    This nine-piece line pays homage to the classical disco sounds of Motown and Northern Soul – another tributeact back by popular demand.

  • Big Band Night – Saturday 18th December, £39.00pp

    Top cabaret artistes “Adam Winslet and the Big Band”, fronted by Adam and accompanied by an eight-piece band playing a mixture of funk, rock and soul, including: Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Otis Redding, Jools Holland, Tom Jones, Elvis and many more.

£2.00 Drinks Vouchers

Treat your friends and colleagues to some discounted drinks vouchers. Vouchers can be exchanged on the night (Gallery Bar only) for the partygoer’s choice of house wine, all draught beers and house spirits plus mixer. Purchase these vouchers and save over £1.20 every time you order a pint of draught lager, or over £1.80 if taking a gin and tonic. Vouchers must be pre-ordered when booking your party; they are non-refundable and can be collected from Reception on the night.

Transportation

On request at a £5.00 supplement per person, we will organise coach transportation to and from the hotel within a 24-mile radius, provided bookings are for 10 or more, and all guests will be collected from one pre-arranged central pick-up / drop-off. Supplements must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to function.

Accommodation

The following rates are per person and based on two adults sharing a twin/double room, fully inclusive of bed and breakfast:-
£25.00 Single Supplement:-

  • 3rd, 10th - £50.00
  • 4th, 11th - £55.00
  • 17th, 18th - £65.00

Terms and Conditions

Upon making a provisional booking, a confirmation letter together with a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, as follows:-

  • Party Night - £10.00 per person deposit
  • Accommodation - £50.00 per room
  • The hotel will in turn acknowledge and confirm your booking
  • Full and final payment for your party must be paid 6 weeks prior to the function; otherwise places will be offered for re-sale, without refund.
  • Amendments to bookings can only be made prior to payment of the final balance; thereafter no refunds will be made.
    • Cancellations made over 12 weeks before function – deposits will be lost.
    • Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before function will incur a charge of the total booking value as follows:-
      • 6 - 12 weeks - 50%
      • 3 - 6 weeks - 75%
      • Less than 3 weeks - 100%
  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances either an alternative date will be offered or you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability. Advertised artists are booked at the time of event promotion, circumstances out of our control may result in programme change without prior notice being given to guests.
